$342 Million Real Estate Deals in Dubai Market on Tuesday

On Tuesday, Dubai Real Estate Market recorded a whopping $342 million deal. 

The Real Estate Market in Dubai is currently enjoying its boom. According to figures released by Dubai Land Department, the market made more than a billion dirhams in transactions this Tuesday. 

As per the data, the Dubai Land Department recorded transactions worth $255 million from 385 sales. While $51 million is made from 98 mortgage deals, along with $36 million worth of 41 gift deals. 

Currently, Dubai Real Estate Market is flourishing with significant deals, and Tuesday deals witness the same. The holiday season is adding new opportunities and buyers to the market. 

The deals include 27 land plots worth $67 million, 358 villas, and apartments costing $188 million. In addition, mortgage deals include 10 land plots worth $11 million and 88 villas and apartments valued at $39 million. This brings the total transactions of the day to more than $340 million. All these deals come amidst the holiday season.
