Due to Golden Visa, long-term residents are buying properties in UAE

Dubai recently started its new Visa regime initiative, such as the Golden visa, which allows people to stay in Dubai for the long term. It has given confidence to individuals to buy property in Dubai.. Residents living in Dubai for a decade through Golden visa are buying more and more properties.

The managing director of Damac Properties, Amira Sajwani, says the golden Visa and new Visa initiatives are encouraging the residents of Dubai. Who has been living for 20 years but has not bought homes to buy a home for security. We have a lot of employees who have been working with us for 10 to 15 years and never bought a property. But after the new Visa regime, they want to purchase property for their family for security. They are happy to invest in a property. With a golden Visa and hand, God forbid, even if they lose, they don’t have to move out.

In 2022 they delivered about 7000 units, and 8000 units are planned for next year. Moreover, 10000 units are launched for construction while Damac has already delivered 40000 units this year.

The showcase that people are actively investing in Dubai‘s real estate market after the changes in the visa regime.
